As part of the professional services offered, DASH Architects regularly provides expert architectural, streetscape and heritage design advice to individual clients, Councils, consulting planners, developers, building designers, and fellow architects. These services can be provided at any stage of the process, from conception through to construction, but is most regularly undertaken as part of the development plan consent (planning approval) stage. Our experience at interpreting and applying the relevant legislation and our strong reputation in the field allows us to achieve quality outcomes for our clients. 

Our services include reviewing design proposals against the relevant Development Plan provisions; providing letters/reports of support, the provision of focused design advice, and assistance with negotiating with Councils and heritage authorities.
